Hays County Animal Control and Welfare

Alex Villalobos for Sheriff, an important service of the Hays County Sheriff's Department is Animal Control and Welfare. Changing Culture is very important to ensure we are building community capital, and providing a service that listens to the needs of the community it serves.

This will require active listening and active Deputies in the community. I truly believe that the community I serve is the driving force in strategic planning, meeting needs, attaining goals and building legitimacy.


I will advocate for all the resources needed to for the highest probability of success.
